b. Express Shipping: $15.00

c. Free Shipping: Spend over $100 to qualify for free standard shipping.

3. Pick Up Option

a. Salon Pick Up: If you prefer, you can pick up your order from our salon. Pick-up hours are Tuesdays–Saturdays from 7:00am – 1:00pm.

4. Shipping Times

a. Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive within 5-7 business days after dispatch.

b. Express Shipping: Orders shipped via express shipping typically arrive within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

5. Order Processing Time

a. Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Tracking Your Order

a. Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

7. International Shipping

a. Currently Unavailable: At this time, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.
